We need industry stirrer-uppers

Specifically, a Customer Engagement Campaign Manager not boxed in by job title

Join our Marketing function and support the AMP Bank GO division, driving customer-centric marketing strategies and lifecycle across Personal & Small Business segments. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of personalised, data-driven campaigns leveraging advanced segmentation and Adobe Journey Optimiser to enhance engagement, retention, and loyalty.
What matters
- Previous experience in Lifecycle/CLM Marketing, as well as experience defining, implementing, and optimising digital marketing strategies across channels
- Exposure to marketing programs delivered through Adobe suite (AEP/AJO) is a plus
- Relevant industry experience in Banking, with specific experience in personal and small business banking experience desirable
- Customer journey mapping experience required & service design experience
Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels and platforms, including email, social media, email marketing and in app notifications - Imagine the lovechild of a fintech startup and a big four

Right now, we're taking the best of AMP's current culture, borrowing from successful neobank cultures and creating something entirely new. So, there are still a lot of unknowns.
But you'll be part of the original squad, setting the tone for who we become.
A lot of it will be trial and error and making mistakes, so you need to be comfortable with things not always going to plan. We are.
And we're 110% in this together. So, you won't go it alone, but you will be called to muck in and play your part. This is no place to hide. We want your ideas to be heard and celebrated. It's about moving fast, working together and being transparent in everything we do.
