We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a Permanent, Full Time basis. Join a respected and growing team at Elders as a Senior Sales Support Officer. In this key frontline position, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering expert service and operational support to ensure our sales teams can focus on building lasting relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience and leadership into a dynamic branch environment, backed by a national network and extensive resources As a Senior Sales Support Officer, you'll be entrusted with greater responsibility in coordinating office operations, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and mentoring junior staff. You'll be instrumental in driving service excellence and enhancing client engagement across all touchpoints of the sales process.
Responsibilities
Providing advanced administrative and operational support, helping the branch deliver a superior client experience
  • Coordinating and enhancing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple service areas
  • Developing and executing marketing and promotional activities to strengthen the Elders brand in the local market
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership teams to implement innovative client solutions
  • Representing Elders at field days, client meetings, and community events to maximise exposure and build strong local networks
  • Supporting expense management, reporting, and operational workflows to ensure branch efficiency
  • Mentoring and guiding junior Sales Support Officers, sharing best practices and ensuring consistency in service delivery
About you

  • Have strong business administration skills with demonstrated experience in a senior support role

  • Understand agricultural seasons and be familiar with rural clients' needs and priorities
  • Be comfortable with digital platforms and tools that support sales and client engagement
