Are you hands-on, reliable, and looking for a stable long-term opportunity? Join our growing team as a Repair Technician, specializing in home-use floor-cleaning robots (e.g. robot vacuums and mops).

What You'll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair robotic floor cleaners (hardware & basic electronics)
  • Perform quality checks after service
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Occasionally assist with customer returns and warranty processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Responsible and dependable attitude — we value commitment
  • Long-term mindset — we're looking for someone to grow with us
  • Prior experience in repair or technical service is a plus
  • Able to communicate clearly, especially in Mandarin (preferred)
  • Team player with good attention to detail
