We are looking for an experienced Voice of Customer (VoC) Lead to transform how we listen to, understand, and act on customer feedback. In this strategic role, you will design and implement a comprehensive VoC program, turning insights into actionable strategies that improve satisfaction, reduce warranty costs, and strengthen our reputation as a customer-centric builder.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a VoC strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design multi-channel feedback frameworks across the customer journey.
  • Analyze customer feedback using surveys, focus groups, and social media listening.
  • Present actionable insights to senior leadership and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points.
  • Establish closed-loop feedback processes to resolve customer issues.
  • Drive cultural change toward customer-centricity across the organization.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Psychology, Statistics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • CCXP certification, Six Sigma/Lean certifications, or experience with construction management software.
  • Background in quality management or business process improvement.
  • 5-7 years in VoC, Customer Experience, or Market Research roles; 2-3 years in construction, home building, or property development.
  • Skills: Expertise in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia), data analysis (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES).
  • Analytical thinking, strategic mindset, communication excellence, stakeholder management, and project management.
