Current Vacancies & Pay Rates:
  • Full-Time Educator: $27.32 – $33.65 per hour
  • Casual Educator: $38.67 – $43.53 per hour
  • Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT): $41.83 – $53.83 per hour

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Educator & Casual Educator Roles:

  • Deep understanding of EYLF and NQS for quality outcomes
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support fellow educators
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Capable of designing and evaluating educational programs
  • Able to build respectful, positive relationships with children and families

Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Role:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs tailored to individual needs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Skilled in observing children and using data to guide planning
  • Team-oriented mindset to foster inclusive, respectful environments
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an early childhood setting
  • Familiarity with Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
  • Commitment to ongoing professional learning
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of documentation and communication platforms
  • Passion for creating an inclusive environment for all children
Qualifications Required:
  • Educators: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • ECT: Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
