**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently seeking several Full-time, casual and part-time
**Gatehouse Guards in Warwick** to grow within our business

*These shifts include 9-12 hours
- flexibility is essential*

**The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing a strong Customer Service Solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Proactively monitoring CCTV
- Truck / Chain of Responsibility management
- General gatehouse duties
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards
- Responding to emergency situations
- Ad hoc security duties

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Security, you must provide the following:

- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Flexible with shift patterns and allocations
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand on a 12-hour shift basis
- Valid QLD Security License
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
