The Company

A1 Services is a national construction consulting firm offering Project Management, Property Management and Cost Control Services to a broad range of clients. We are seeking an electrician to join our Melbourne office to support the delivery of our home electrification project. This meaningful role contributes to the provision of scalable, energy-efficient upgrades—empowering homeowners, developers, and government agencies to reduce emissions and create lasting environmental impact.

To be successful in this role, you will come to us with experience in the residential market and ideally have experience in working with vulnerable populations. This role is full time based in our Doncaster office and will combine a mix of field work and office based virtual assessments and quality assurance tasks.

You will be required to:

· Conduct onsite and virtual electrical property assessments in accordance with the scope of designated projects.

· Conduct Electrical Safety Checks in accordance with the scope of designated projects.

· Contribute to the quality assurance process for ensuring accuracy of sub-contractor assessment and scoping work.

· Complete general building condition assessments.

· Travel as required for onsite work.

To be considered, you will have:

· Minimum 3 years experience in your field

· Experience in liaising with clients or contractors on the telephone

· Strong attention for detail
