Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product selection, stock levels, and customer service quality.
  • Implement promotions, set competitive prices, and drive sales growth.
  • Lead local marketing efforts and advertising initiatives to attract customers.
  • Assist customers with product choices and enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions while managing budgets effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and food industry regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR management.
  • Certificate or diploma in retail management will be preferred. 7
  • Strong leadership, sales, and business skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance.
  • Passion for customer service and food quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
