The Opportunity:

We're looking for a Junior Designer to support the Revo Fitness Design and Development team in delivering high-quality, on-brand, and compliant design outcomes across new builds, refurbishments, and layout improvements. Reporting to the Design Manager, you'll assist with drafting, documentation, permit preparation, and project coordination, playing a vital role in the seamless rollout of Revo clubs across Australia.

You'll be exposed to all stages of the design process, contributing to internal fit-outs, external construction documentation, and consultant coordination. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, who's ready to learn fast and grow in a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Support: Assist in the development of initial concepts and layouts that meet brand, compliance, and budget standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare and update detailed drawing packages using Revit and associated design software.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers in permit submissions, RFIs, and tender documentation.
  • Quality & Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve layouts, materials, and spatial planning across Revo clubs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Fitness & Product teams, and external consultants.
  • Consistency: Help maintain high documentation standards across all deliverables.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field.
  • Some experience in a Junior Designer, Draftsperson, or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong attention to detail.
