We are currently seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Manager to join our team, who prides themselves on their outstanding attention to detail, who can help us to deliver on our customer commitment to excellence.  The successful candidate must hold a minimum of Australian Baseline Security clearance, NV1 is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • Supports and contributes to the Compliance strategy.
  • Facilitates Governance and Compliance communications, including contributions to ESO papers to various governance meetings, forums, committees and boards.
  • Manages any associated actions from these governance bodies.
  • Drives assurance and compliance requirements defined in the contract and company policies to establish and maintain these requirements for the account.
  • Leads service improvement plans and provides management visibility toward the account team
  • Analyses service performance and provide performance reporting.
  • Responsible for meeting security compliance obligations.
  • Escalation point to ensure timely incident resolution to meet agreed

    service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Analyses the process performance and delivery metrics

Other:

  • Proven experience in Governance & Compliance Management on large scale SAP projects is highly regarded
  • Preference will be given to people with previous experience working within the federal government space
  • Exemplary communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Operate in a well-structured, methodical manner, including detailed project planning and commercial reporting
