We are looking for a 'can-do' and positive individual, as you will be required to make technical sales and provide product support to ensure we remain a trusted advisor to all our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide counter sales support and customer assistance.
- Support general branch operations and handle administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone and email, addressing product inquiries, pricing, orders, stock availability, delivery, and account questions.
- Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 months proven sales or customer service experience within a similar role.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
- Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.
