Join Our Team and Lead from the Front

We're looking for an experienced Foreman to take charge of our busy Rockhampton workshop, overseeing a team of skilled tradespeople and apprentices. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and people skills will keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervising daily workshop operations and ensuring quality repair/service work
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of mechanics and apprentices
  • Managing workflow, job allocation, and deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Acting as the go-to technical expert for complex jobs
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or similar)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
