Front of House/Bar Manager

The Outpost isn't your average bar — and we're not looking for your average manager.

About the Role

You'll be steering the floor — managing service, stock, and staff — while keeping the vibe on point and the standards high. You'll work closely with the owner to shape the drinks program, lead the team, and make sure every night feels effortless for guests.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and train the bar team — setting the pace and tone each night.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Drive consistency in cocktails, presentation, and service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, staff rosters, and bar maintenance.
  • Work with the leadership team on menus, events, and systems.
  • Keep calm under pressure — and know when to turn up the energy.
