A rare Construction Manager opportunity has become available with a well-established residential construction company known for its strong reputation, family-style culture and genuine passion for what they do.

The Opportunity

You'll be the driving force behind a high-volume residential portfolio. You'll work closely with supervisors and trades to keep jobs moving, solve problems early and maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and support Site Supervisors and onsite teams to drive high performance
  • Plan, schedule and optimise construction programs to achieve key milestones and deadlines
  • Ensure strict compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, council requirements and WHS legislation
  • Manage project financials including budgets, variations, contracts and cost control
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, certifiers, engineers and councils
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve construction systems, workflows and scheduling tools

About You

You're a construction professional who's seen it all, can stay calm under pressure and enjoys making complex workloads run smoothly.

You'll likely bring:

  • Extensive construction experience within residential building, ideally in a volume / project home environment
  • Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, trades, building codes, WHS and site operations
  • Proven track record leading supervisors and delivering high-volume projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A mindset geared towards systems, structure and continuous improvement
