About The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and safety-focused Maintenance Rigger / Climber to join our field teams. You'll play a vital role maintaining and servicing ART's Australian-made guyed lattice masts and infrastructure across Australia — ensuring our systems continue to deliver reliable, bankable data for renewable energy projects.

What You'll Do:

Climb and perform aerial tower maintenance, inspections, commissions and decommissions. (if qualified)

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on masts and associated equipment.
• Perform civil construction and site preparation work where required.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a small, specialised field team.
• Travel to remote sites across Australia and coordinate logistics for field deployments.
• Complete accurate site documentation, photos, and reporting.

What You'll Bring

• Proven rigging or climbing experience in field, construction, or tower environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power and hand tools.
• A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Adaptability to changing site conditions and schedules.
• High attention to detail with sound documentation and communication skills.

Required Qualifications Climber:

• Construction Induction (White Card)
• Rigging Ticket
• Driver's License
• Basic Computer and emailing skills

Desirable:

• First Aid & CPR
• WAH
