How you'll make a difference

• Client face, bringing depth of TMR relationships and proven delivery to the role
• Lead major transport infrastructure projects, focusing on culture, project performance, and relationships with clients and contractors
• Collaborate with an industry-leading team on large-scale transport projects across Queensland and Australia.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

• Tertiary qualification in engineering with 20+ years of experience, suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland.
• Proven experience as Project Manager and/or Design Manager for major transport infrastructure projects, specifically including work with TMR.
• Knowledge of the Queensland consulting services market, including Business Cases, D&C, ECI, and ETI delivery.
• Excellent client relationships, business development experience, and understanding of resourcing planning and forecasting.
