Are you an experienced Installer looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? At Kitchen Innovations, we specialise in high-quality joinery and cabinetry solutions across residential and commercial projects. We're currently seeking a skilled and reliable professional to join our growing team in Queensland.

Launched 12 months ago in line with our celebration of 30 successful years in the business, Queensland is a key part of our National Growth Strategy and will serve as a key manufacturing hub for our group, equipped with cutting-edge technology in the stone fabrication industry. This expansion enables KI to continue providing comprehensive supply chain solutions to some of Australia's most renowned builders.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Under the guidance of your Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting with CSO staff to gain access to properties.
  • Verifying that plans and drawings are accurate for the job site.
  • Confirming all cabinets and peripherals are present.
  • Installing cabinets as required.
  • Fitting and adjusting doors as necessary.
  • Providing photographic evidence upon job completion.
  • Reporting any issues encountered during installation.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order.
  • Liaising with builders and other trades as needed.
  • Leaving the site safe and tidy at the end of each shift.
  • Adjusting panels to ensure proper fit.
  • Keeping accurate and detailed records of work performed.

General Responsibilities

  • Comply with all organisational policies, including safe working practices, occupational health and safety, and manual handling procedures.
  • Adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity workplace requirements and policies.
  • Participate in and actively support service quality and workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Complete all tasks to the expected quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and do not misuse or disclose any information or records related to the organisation, staff, or customers.
