Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Wyong, NSW, for a Manager Aged Care. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing aged care services, coordinating case management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and training staff. Daily tasks include managing elder care plans, liaising with social services and medical professionals, and ensuring high standards of care and support.

Qualifications

  • Case Management and Training skills
  • Experience in Elder Care and Social Services
  • Knowledgeable in Medicine and healthcare practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in aged care or related fields
