About K&S Contract Logistics

K&S Contract Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of K&S Corporation and consists of three independent operating divisions - K&S Contract Distribution Division, Warehousing Division and On Demand.

The role

One of the responsibilities for this role include the loading and unloading of containers and trucks using a variety of forklifts. You will also be responsible for completing customer deliveries, dropping off cartons to various sites.

This opportunity is ideal for a team-player.

This would be a great opportunity if you're wanting to up skill into an allocator role.

This role can offer training and mentoring and a potential pathway to transition into a leadership role.

About you

You hold a valid forklift licence, with experience in forklift operation

You hold a valid car license, HR license advantageous

You are confident with loading and unloading containers and trucks and with the ability to support load restraints

You're reliable, responsible and will approach to your working day with a positive attitude

You can follow instructions, and communicate effectively

You are willing to be cross trained in different areas of the operation including warehousing and stock take.

A strong commitment to safety regulations, ensuring the yard and warehouse safety standards are adhered to

You're open to undertaking other ad hoc duties or tasks as they arise
