We are looking for a qualified painter to join our team at Total Facility Maintenance. As one of us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the aesthetic and structural integrity of the spaces we work on.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Properly preparing surfaces through cleaning, scraping and sanding.

  • Applying paint, varnish, or finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces.

  • Ensuring a consistent and smooth finish while maintaining coverage.

  • Performing touch-ups and repairs as required.

  • Utilizing various tools and equipment, such as brushes, rollers, and sprayer.

  • Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Certificate 3 in Painting and Decorating.

  • Minimum 3 years work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Painter, demonstrating proficiency in the craft.

  • In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.

  • Strong time management skills to effectively meet project timelines.

  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with clients and team members.

  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
