About the role

The WINDSOR HOTEL is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Wait Staff and Bar Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team in South Perth WA 6151. This is a casual position, with the opportunity to work full-time, part-time or on a casual basis to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests
  • Greeting and seating customers, taking orders and serving food and beverages
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area
  • Handling cash and processing payments
  • Assisting with daily restaurant operations as required
  • Cocktail Knowledge/spirit/wine for the bar

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a restaurant wait staff/ bar or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Relevant food handling and/or hospitality qualifications are desirable
