Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Chef-Mascot located in Sydney, NSW. The Chef-Mascot will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications while maintaining high levels of hygiene and health standards. The day-to-day tasks include inventory management, ordering supplies, menu planning, and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment. Additionally, the Chef-Mascot will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, cook, and present meals to quality and compliance standards

Support menu delivery across large-scale production and catering needs

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times

Work as part of a collaborative team to meet daily service deadlines

What We're Looking For:

Qualified and experienced Chef (Certificate III or equivalent)

Previous large scale catering, banqueting, or airline catering experience desirable

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and efficiency under pressure

Commitment to high standards of quality and consistency

Flexibility to work including weekends and public holidays
