About the Company:

Primarily, Fletcher's is a meat processing facility (abattoir).

Our business is vertically integrated across the supply chain. This means we feedlot lambs for processing, grow grains and other proteins for fodder and commerical supply, process the animal for meat, wool, hide and other by-products and transport these goods (along with those of other local producers) directly to port in Botany Bay using our Fletcher owned trains

Jobs and Tasks

We are looking for people to fill multiple labouring roles (such as packing meat and trimming fat, processing co-products such as wool and hides) and also more experienced roles such as boning, slicing and hide removal).

Wages and Pay:
Wages are processed weekly, starting hourly base rate for;

  • learner (unskilled) $23.50 per hour
  • level 1 $25.00 per hour
  • level 2 $28.50 per hour
  • level 3 $31.50 per hour

Casual workers are eligible for 25% loading ($23.50 base rate + 25% = $29.375)
You will have opportunities to gain new skills and progress up pay levels in your department as you learn new tasks.
