We're an OT-led practice that's been around the block — and our new grads thrive because we do things differently: smaller caseloads, structured support, and a team that genuinely cares how you're going.

We know every new grad has their own interests (and a few "no thanks" areas too). That's why we help you shape a caseload that fits what you actually want to explore — whether that's paediatrics, adult disability, or something in between. You'll start with a clear focus, build confidence, and have the freedom to evolve as your skills (and curiosity) grow.

If you change your mind or discover a new passion, we'll help you pivot and expand your scope — because your career shouldn't stay in one lane unless you want it to.

Essential Must-Haves

  1. A Bachelor (or Masters) of Health Science (Occupational Therapy)  + AHPRA, OT Australia and Medicare registrations (or eligibility).

  2. WWCC, National Police Check, driver's license + car for community visits (travel allowance applies)

  3. Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
