Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will collect, interpret, and analyze data to uncover insights that help improve performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and organize datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to clearly present insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand data needs and support ongoing business initiatives.
  • Assist in developing data models and improving data quality processes.
  • Provide recommendations based on data findings to support operational and strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
