Are you hungry to succeed in real estate but not sure where to start? PRD Bendigo are offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, driven individual to join our team as a Buyers Agent, working directly alongside a high-performing Senior Sales Agent.

This role is designed as a career pathway into becoming a fully-fledged Sales Agent, giving you the training, support and on-the-ground experience you need to thrive.

About the Role

As a Buyers Agent, you will:

  • Work closely with a Senior Sales Agent, learning from one of the best in the industry.
  • Support buyers through the property search and purchase process.
  • Conduct buyer call-backs, attend inspections, and provide property information.
  • Assist with open homes and private inspections.
  • Nurture relationships with prospective buyers and future sellers.
  • Contribute to the listing and sales process while developing your own pipeline.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that gives you exposure to the full sales cycle while building your confidence and reputation in the marketplace.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Has excellent communication and people skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Is goal-oriented and looking to build a long-term career in real estate.
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) their Agent's Representative Certificate prior to commencement of employment.
