Branch Manager- What's the job all about?
- Team Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through regular team and individual meetings, providing ongoing feedback on performance and development.
- Caseload Management: Allocate and monitor caseloads to staff, ensuring ratios are met, while managing budgets and financial targets
- Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout CVGT and external sources, utilising your excellent communication skills
What You'll Need
- A background in leading high performance teams, with the ability to drive performance
- Resilience and great organisational skills
- Can do attitude and ready to take the team to the next level with your superstar leadership skills
- Proficiency in utilising a range of software programs including MS office.
- Driver's licence & relevant employment checks including National Police Check, Working with Children check
