Busy restaurant & bar needs a new face to add to their already growing team.

Extra hands required for the upcoming Christmas trading period.

A Permanent position may be offered into the new year for a candidate who can prove themselves and earn a regular spot within our team.

Located in Bundoora in busy shopping location.

We are a Fusion of ideas. That includes; Restaurant, Sports Bar, Cocktail Bar and Function and Events Space.

The role is for an experienced bar individual with some floor experience as well, to assist when required. All candidates do require an RSA Certificate.

We are currently on the lookout for individuals who believe that Hospitality is the career for them, and want to grow, and expand their skillset within the industry. We are looking for a full time candidate, that could make this place their new home.

Those with Supervisory experience are encouraged, and those who want to develop are urged to apply.

We have a restaurant downstairs with a function room upstairs. So we have shifts available for restaurant service and/or roles available to work functions or bookings.

Simply pouring beers, mixing drinks and making cocktails is what the main role will include. As well as the usual setting up and closing duties will also be involved.

At times, you may be required to help assist other team members with floor service will also be involved.

Cocktail knowledge would be great if you can bring your skills to our team.

The successful applicants will…

  • Demonstrate experience in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in a similar hospitality venue on the floor or bar;
  • Professional and friendly manner with customers and co-workers;
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude;
  • Understand the pub culture and expectations of customer service;
  • Able and willing to work a flexible roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts;
  • Current RSA certificate
