Customer Service Representative

to join our Brighton based team. If you have a passion for Self Tanning, thrive in fast paced environments, and love making people smile, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at Bali Body, you'll be the first point of contact for our global community of loyal customers. Using
Gorgias

, you'll respond to enquiries with care, speed and that signature Bali Body flair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat and social media through the Gorgias platform
  • Assist with order issues, product questions, returns/exchanges, and shipping updates
  • Provide expert product advice and personalised recommendations
  • Collaborate with fulfilment, marketing and product teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
  • Identify and escalate any customer concerns or trends to the wider team
  • Maintain and update internal help desk articles and FAQs
  • Support customer-facing promotions, product launches and peak sales periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • At times act as personal assistant to the directors of the business
  • Assist in obtaining office supplies where needed

What You'll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce or beauty
  • Familiarity with Gorgias (or similar customer support platforms)
  • Outstanding written communication skills with a warm, empathetic tone
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
  • A genuine love for beauty, skincare and helping people feel good
