What You Will Be Doing In This Role
In this role, you'll report directly to the
Supply Chain Manager
, contributing to efficient supply processes that support patient care.

You'll support theatre operations by managing stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with suppliers and clinical staff. You'll handle prosthesis orders, maintain clean and organised storage areas, and ensure timely replenishment of consumables. You'll also manage data entry, resolve discrepancies, and follow safety procedures.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

• A forklift licence
• You'll need solid computer literacy, especially with ERP systems (e.g. JDE, Oracle, SAP)
• A good understanding of infection control principles.
• Experience in hospital supply or regulated environments is highly desirable, along with supply chain knowledge.
• A Certificate III in Warehousing & Distribution is a plus
• You must also hold an unrestricted NSW driver's licence.
