Currently we have exciting opportunities across our group where you can contribute to supporting our Job Seekers to find sustainable employment. This role would suit individuals who have high energy, who are solutions focused and a master in building solid relationships.

You will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join the Sarina Russo Team based in Ingleburn. This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The Job

• Achieve KPI's linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
• Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
• Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
• Business develop – sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
• Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures

• Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills

• Ability to help customers from all walks of life
• Excellent communications skills
• Work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Strong digital and administration skills
• Positive and energetic attitude a must
