Take the lead in delivering high-quality neurophysiology services within a collaborative and innovative healthcare team.

In This Senior Role, You Will

  • Deliver evidence-based neurophysiology assessments and interventions to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide leadership, supervision and mentorship to junior staff, students and assistants.
  • Drive quality improvement, service development and research initiatives within the Neurophysiology Unit.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, patient-centred care across Metro South Health campuses.

You Are a Passionate And Experienced Neurophysiology Professional Who Thrives In Complex Clinical Environments And Leads With Expertise And Compassion. You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated high-level clinical knowledge and experience in neurophysiological assessment and reporting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to provide clinical guidance and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage complex caseloads while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Experience mentoring and developing staff and students, with a commitment to continuous service improvement.
