About the role

I-Think Financial Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join our growing team in Burwood, Victoria. As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial planning and investment and insurance advice to our clients . This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and investment objectives
  2. Developing and implementing tailored financial plans to help clients achieve their short and long-term financial goals
  3. Providing expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax minimization, and risk management
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with clients by proactively monitoring their financial situations and providing ongoing support and guidance. Ensuring they remain happy...
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and financial products to ensure clients receive the most current and relevant advice
  6. Collaborating with the wider team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 4 years' experience as a qualified Financial Adviser, with a proven track record of providing high-quality financial advice
  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field, and a current Australian Financial Services (AFS) license
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and translate it into simple, actionable advice
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  5. A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
