Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Position Classification: Transitional Nurse Practitioner (TNP will be under a maximum of 3-year contract paid at Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 whilst undertaking requirements to become an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner. On endorsement, the position holder will transition to NP Year 1).

Remuneration: $131, $134,500.70 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options)

As a Transitional Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics, you'll hold a pivotal role in meeting our goal of 'healthier rural people & thriving communities'. If you have a passion for providing the next generation with high quality evidence-based care to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients, we would like to hear from you.

Working alongside Paediatricians and Medical specialists, the role provides comprehensive assessment and advanced management of paediatric patients presenting with acute, chronic, and complex conditions at Orange. In this role, you will provide specialised advanced clinical care in the Orange Peadiatrics Unit, with a focus on hospital avoidance, reducing emergency presentations and admissions, and shortening the length of hospital stays.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Transitional Nurse Practitioner to expand their clinical skill set.
