About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our thriving real estate team at Stone Real Estate Gosford. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding sales results for our residential properties in the Gosford area.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively prospecting for new listings and building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to provide informed and valuable advice to clients
  • Organising and hosting engaging open house inspections and private viewings
  • Effectively negotiating and closing sales transactions to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining detailed client records and continuously updating our property database
  • Collaborating with the broader team to share insights and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the residential property market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Passionate about the local property market and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one
