Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Stay updated on developments in relevant therapeutic areas, including disease landscapes and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with medical governance, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.

About you?

To be successful in the role, you'll have a demonstrated track record in creating and executing complex pre-launch and launch medical strategies, ideally with scientific knowledge of the Vaccines space. You'll demonstrate a growth mindset in demonstrating ways to improve quality and processes, timelines and other business solutions.

You'll also bring:

  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of medical governance, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices.
  • Experience in leading medical teams and vaccines, immunology, microbiology or infectious diseases.
  • Applied understanding of the Australian reimbursement landscape.
  • Expertise in transitioning between therapeutic areas and managing complex projects.
  • Leadership experience in guiding and developing teams.
