We are seeking a General Labourer for a full time salaried position in our award winning building company.

Candidates must hold a valid work visa to be eligible for this position.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

The role will encompass a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Manual Demolition
  • Site Cleaning
  • Material Deliveries
  • General Labouring
  • Assisting Carpentry staff

Ideally the successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience although this is not essential.
  • Hold a current drivers license.
  • Have or be able to obtain a DHS Working with Children's Clearance.
  • DHS Working with Children's Clearance must be obtained before starting work.
  • Be able to follow instruction and work unsupervised or in a team environment.
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be competent in using software and apps on phones to complete safety documentation and sign in works.

It is essential that the successful candidate is the right cultural fit and is able to integrate smoothly into our positive, team-focused environment.

Whilst our office is based at Richmond, this position will be based on site at various locations within the metropolitan area.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package based on their experience and abilities, inclusive of a company vehicle for commercial and private use.
