About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate Barista/Assistant Supervisor to join our team. You'll have a strong barista background and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, ideally with supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee using professional barista techniques.
• Assist supervisor in training, and motivating staff to uphold company standards.
• Support a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture.
• Manage POS systems, customer transactions, and merchant facilities.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining labour costs for efficient operations.
• Help drive store targets, including profitability and COGS control.
• Deliver world-class service, ensuring a welcoming experience for all customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven café or barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines and high-volume coffee service.
• Leadership experience in a café/shift supervisor role.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Bubbly personality with a can-do attitude and team-first approach.
• Knowledge of coffee, food retail, and hospitality practices.
• Experience managing budgets and labour costs is highly regarded.

Schedule

• Flexible shifts: 8–10 hours.
• Day, morning, and afternoon shifts available.
• Monday to Friday with weekend and public holiday availability.
• Mix of full-time, part-time, permanent, and casual opportunities.
