Sports Tour Coordinator
In this role, you will primarily coordinate international sports tours, with a strong focus on Rugby, Basketball, Cricket, Hockey, Football and Netball. While you may occasionally assist with other tour types across the business, we are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge in the sports sector. A well-rounded knowledge of team sports and an understanding of the logistics involved in coordinating training sessions, fixtures, and group travel are essential to succeed in this role.

Educational Tour Coordinator
This role focuses on coordinating educational tours for school groups. You will manage a variety of experiences, including Arts Tours in Europe, Music Tours in California, STEM tours to Sydney and Canberra, and Commerce or Literary Tours to the USA and UK. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics and working with our flight department to ensure smooth, safe, and enriching travel experiences. A sound understanding of school group needs and educational outcomes is essential.

Both roles suit organised, detail-oriented professionals with a passion for delivering outstanding travel experiences.

As the key point of contact for clients, your role will be crucial in maintaining clear communication from the moment they sign up for a tour until their safe return. To qualify, you should have a strong work ethic and maturity, coupled with a passion for travel and thorough knowledge of global destinations. Your dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for students is paramount. Managerial and supervisory experience is advantageous

While experience in the travel industry is beneficial, your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders are essential. You will excel in budgeting, negotiating with suppliers, and securing the best services at competitive prices.
