*About the Opportunity*PARC Engineering are looking for a driven, people-focused Blue & White Collar Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team.

You'll work with a variety of clients across trades, construction, logistics, and industrial sectors — matching hardworking talent with rewarding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor job advertisements
  • Source, shortlist, interview and place high quality candidates onto suitable projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our shareholders, on site crew and potential employees
  • Build strong working relationships with clients
  • Work in a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment
  • Liaise with the site leadership team regarding project manning requirements
  • Use internal data systems, spreadsheets and assist with onboarding/administration tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working within the resources sector, in a similar role such as Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Advisor, Project Support etc.
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Be able to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • High organisational skills to coordinate recruitment requirements.
  • Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
