What You'll Do

  • Deliver ongoing enhancements and custom development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and more
  • Support Salesforce administration and platform maintenance
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements
  • Ensure clean, consistent data across internal and partner systems
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Provide functionality walkthroughs for new features
  • Solve operational defects, reviewing code and identifying problems and solution.
  • Define solutions around authentication paths
  • Setup of lower environments
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements within Salesforce
  • Experience with API connections from B2B using Salesforce

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years in CRM, with 3+ years in Salesforce (Sales, Service & Community Cloud)
  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with CI/CD and integrating 3rd party systems (OAuth, REST)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Developer II (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
