The Role.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Accredited Electricians to join the talented team at Hills Natural Solar in Rouse Hill, Sydney. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services with a focus on solar and battery system installations.

We will provide all the tools necessary to learn installations from start to finish with the future possibility of becoming solar and battery accredited yourself. All training paid and provided.

Key Responsibilities.

You'll assist in the full install process, following the lead of the SAA accredited electrician and learning the process onsite to ensure a quality install is met .

Performing electrical installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs for residential, commercial solar and battery systems.

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

Providing exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients.

Collaborating with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed.

Adhering to all relevant regulations, codes, and industry best practices.

Completing Job Inspections.

Learning and completing job designs, including solar & battery software programs.

What we're looking for.

An enthusiastic Electrician we can train to become SAA Solar Battery accredited

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrician

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management.

The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
