Role Overview

Do you live and breathe social? Dream in TikToks, speak in trending sounds, and get a rush watching your content go viral?

We're looking for a creative, social-first storyteller to bring Babybee to life across Instagram, TikTok and beyond. In this hands-on, high-growth role, you'll create scroll-stopping content, manage relationships with some of Australia's top influencers and creators, and help drive our ambitious social strategy forward.

The Details

Full-time role. Open to reduced hours on a pro-rata basis for the right candidate.

Based in our Yarraville office (1 day a week at home), with occasional off-site content shoots.

Key responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Create, shoot and edit short-form video content for our organic for social platforms Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts.
• Appear confidently on camera and create UGC-style, educational, and trend-driven content
• Stay on top of social trends, spotting viral opportunities and jumping on them fast
• Help shape our creative direction and find fresh, innovative ways to showcase our products on social media.

Influencer and Creator Partnerships

• Manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors and UGC creators, from outreach and briefing to content approvals.
• Coordinate contracts, timelines, product send-outs and content deliverables.
• Review and approve influencer and UGC content to ensure it hits the brief and reflects our brand tone.

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day activity across our social channels, including posting, engagement and community-building.
• Monitor DMs, comments and mentions, responding or escalating where needed.
• Actively engage with influencers, creators and customers to foster a thriving Babybee community.
• Track and report on performance metrics to continually refine and improve our approach.

About You

• 2–4 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing or content creation, ideally within a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
• Social-obsessed; you know what's trending, what performs and why
• Camera-ready and confident creating engaging TikToks, Reels and short-form content.
• Experienced in managing influencer or creator relationships and coordinating deliverables
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects
• A natural communicator who builds strong relationships with influencers, creators, and internal teams
• Experience with parenting or baby products is a plus, but not required – don't worry, we can teach you everything you need to know. Plenty of our team aren't parents
