We're now seeking a Part Time – Fixed Term Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives.

This role is currently available from the beginning of Term 1 to the end of Term 2, with the potential for opportunities to become available beyond Term 2.

Where you'll work

Located in Warragul, Grace Berglund Kindergarten is a small Exceeding-rated kindergarten with a close-knit team that provides a warm, community-focused program that reflects the values of our local families. This role would suit an educator who enjoys building strong relationships and bringing creativity and connection to a small team environment.

Role Details:

Diploma Educator – Fixed Term

Friday – 8:30am to 4:00pm

7 contact hours non-contact hours = 8.75 hours per week

What You'll Do

In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll:

  • Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team

  • Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity

  • Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences

What You'll Bring

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)

  • A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
