We're seeking an experienced Bookings & Sales Agent to support bookings and sales across our national studio network. This role suits someone with sales, customer service, or call centre experience who can confidently manage enquiries and convert bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls for studios Australia-wide
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments
  • Coordinate booking schedules to maximise studio capacity
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Maintain accurate booking and CRM systems
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in sales, call centre, bookings, or customer service roles
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Interest in creative or tattoo industry environments
