We are seeking a motivated physiotherapy aide/assistant with a sound understanding of musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions. This position can be casual, part-time or contactor, and provides an opportunity to be part of a reputable business and learn from an APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. This position is ideal for physiotherapy students in the second year or above, in Sydney. This job can progress into a future role in the field of physiotherapy for the right candidate.

The position:

- Mobile physiotherapy aide/assistant to carry out home visits in the community and work directly with a team of therapists
- Flexible working hours that is suitable for those studying
- Liaising closely with our exercise physiologists, physiotherapists and potential case managers to provide physical therapy and care to patients
- Frequent case studies and professional development
- Growth opportunities in both position and remuneration once graduated

Requirements:

  • Studying Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
  • In second year or above at university
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR & COVID-19 vaccine certificate
  • Current NSW driver's license and own car
  • Motivated for personal growth
  • Willing to perform home visits and travel to North Shore and/or Northern Beaches
  • Availability to work 2-3 days per week (flexible hours)
