Permanent Part-Time | 48 hours per fortnight | Starting December 2025 (flexible start date available)

$52.70-$60.21 per hour + salary packaging

About the RoleStep into a senior physiotherapy role where you'll shape services across residential aged care and aquatic programs. Alongside delivering hands-on care, you'll guide junior staff, drive quality improvements, and help lead the future of allied health services at Grampians Health Ballarat.

• Provide tailored physiotherapy assessment and treatment
• Lead falls prevention and risk management strategies
• Mentor junior staff and students
• Coordinate professional development and service initiatives
• Drive quality improvement and clinical governance projects

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care across aged care
• Develop and review treatment plans with a client-centred focus
• Lead falls prevention and equipment recommendations
• Support and supervise junior staff and students
• Contribute to service development and clinical governance
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

Skills & Experience

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
• Strong clinical skills in aged care and rehabilitation
• Ability to lead, mentor and support staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
