About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Planning Solicitor with at least 2 years of Post- Admission Experience (PAE) to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with clients, taking instructions and building trusted relationships
  • Draft a range of estate planning documents for simple or complex estate planning
  • Work with Senior Associates collaboratively within an experienced team
  • Manage deadlines, compliance, and accurate file records
  • Handle multiple competing tasks and workload while maintaining quality and service levels
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through seminars, networking, and client education.

Experience and qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years PAE in Wills & Estate Planning.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).
  • Drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Strives for excellence and produces work that meets quality standards.
  • Has great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively with a team and semi-autonomously under supervision of seniors
  • Takes initiative and solves problems creatively
  • Manages competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
