Software Programmer – Bayswater | $90K + Career Growth  

We're seeking a talented Software Programmer to join our team in Bayswater. This is a 2-year full-time contract with strong potential for a long-term role, offering $90K per annum plus weekly pay. You'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career while working on innovative data processing and personalisation projects for global clients. 

Days & Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Salary: $90K per annum

About the Role In this role, you'll develop, customise, and configure systems that power advanced technology. You'll play a key role in driving automation, delivering technical projects, and supporting new product implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customise data processing tools and systems
  • Enhance automation, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Configure and develop, personalisation & fulfilment systems
  • Support new product launches and customer change requests
  • Provide 2nd-level technical support
  • Maintain technical documentation and deliver training as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security, OH&S, and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary Degree in Computer or Software Engineering
  • Advanced programming skills in .NET, Java, and C#
  • Strong knowledge of data/file structures, protocols, and encryption
  • Experience with manufacturing software system
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organisational, and communication skills
  • Must hold a valid National Police Check

Desirable

  • Knowledge of system personalisation and fulfilment processes
  • Experience with chip system testing systems & EMV specifications
