We are a tight knit and committed team and as the business continues to expand we are now looking for an experienced Boilermaker/Qualified Welder to join the business.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a range of welding/fabrication tasks, dependent on your skills and experience. You must be able to read workshop drawings and come up with solutions. This position would suit someone who can work independently, but also enjoys being part of a team. The work is interesting and may vary dependent on the project. You should have the ability to work flexibly, as projects may require on site work (Melbourne).

Requirements

  • Be a trade Welder
  • MUST have demonstrable experience in your field
  • An Australian Driver License
  • Have your own reliable transport
  • Be able to provide 2 contactable employment references
  • Be able to read plans and improvise where necessary
  • Have an eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, highly motivated & and be able to work unsupervised
  • Demonstrated ability to follow systems and processes including detailed paperwork
  • Neat and tidy in presentation
  • Forklift license is desirable
